Lazy player – Liverpool legend blasts Pogba

 Liverpool legend Graeme Souness has criticized Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba after his recent ban was reduced.

Souness labeled the Frenchman a wasted talent and a lazy player, noting that Fenerbahce manager Jose Mourinho once referred to him as a “virus.”

During his appearance on the Three Up Front podcast, Souness commented that Pogba doesn't use his intelligence on the field. He remarked (via GOAL): “He has immense talent, but it’s wasted. The worst thing that happened to him was winning the World Cup, as he seemed to relax afterward.

“When Mourinho was at Manchester United, he called Pogba a virus. He’s a lazy player, and in midfield, you need to take your role seriously.”
