According to Sabah, Fenerbahce manager Jose Mourinho is monitoring Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof with the intent to sign him at the end of the season.
Lindelof is in the final year of his contract, and with Erik ten Hag having numerous options in defense, he could be permitted to leave.
Manchester United brought in Matthijs de Ligt and Leny Yoro during the summer, adding to their existing central defensive lineup of Lisandro Martinez and Harry Maguire.
With limited playing time at Old Trafford, a transfer to Fenerbahce under Mourinho, a former Man United manager, could offer Lindelof a chance to revitalize his career.
Mourinho has also been linked with another Manchester United player, struggling winger Antony, who has not made a significant impact since joining the club. Additionally, Tottenham left-back Sergio Reguilon has been on Mourinho's radar as well.
Mourinho is collaborating with Fenerbahce’s sporting director Mario Branco to identify future transfer targets, and Lindelof is among those they are watching closely.
The Swedish international made his first appearance of the season against Aston Villa, stepping in for Noussair Mazraoui at right-back.
