I’m from respectful family – Davido

 Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, also known as Davido, has emphasized that he comes from a respectable family, despite what some may believe.

He noted that his occasional missteps as a celebrity do not reflect a lack of proper upbringing.

Davido made these remarks during a courtesy visit to the Olu of Warri in Delta State on Saturday. “I was raised by wonderful parents. I come from a very respectful family, but sometimes, as OBO [star], I may act out of line,” he stated.

HENRYSHUSTLE reminds us that Wizkid recently took a jab at Davido's family, suggesting that the ‘OBO’ crooner wasn’t raised well. 

“When you see people whose parents and families have trained them, you can tell! You don’t see my uncle dancing online!” Wizkid posted on his X account, referencing Davido’s uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, known as the ‘Dancing Governor’ for his many dance videos.
