EPL: Guardiola welcomes ex-Man Utd manager to Manchester City

 Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has invited former Manchester United coach Erik ten Hag to visit the Cityzens at the Etihad in the coming days.

Guardiola made his remarks ahead of Man City’s EFL Cup match against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday.

Ten Hag was recently dismissed by Manchester United on Monday, just a day after suffering a 2-1 defeat to West Ham United in the Premier League. 

“We’re open to Erik ten Hag visiting us,” Guardiola stated (via Fabrizio Romano). 

“Anytime! Seriously! We’re always welcoming, but I don’t think it will happen. 

“I know his agent a bit, so there’s a relationship there; it’s no problem for me or us…”
