VeryDarkMan claimed that Bobrisky was apprehended at the Seme border while attempting to flee to the Benin Republic to avoid a House of Representatives investigative hearing. In a video posted on his Instagram, VDM stated, “Bobrisky has been arrested this morning at the Seme border while trying to enter Benin Republic to escape the current investigation by the House of Reps. He is allegedly being held by Nigerian immigration.”
Recently, VDM also shared an audio recording in which Bobrisky purportedly admitted to bribing EFCC officials with N15 million. In that conversation, Bobrisky claimed he did not serve his six-month sentence in Kirikiri prison due to the influence of his godfather.
This revelation prompted an investigative hearing by the House of Representatives, but Bobrisky did not attend, citing illness.
