This decision was communicated to DoubleKay fans after Kellyrae expressed his desire to win the N100 million grand prize over his wife, Kassia. As a result, fans focused their voting efforts on Kellyrae, which ultimately led to Kassia's eviction on Sunday while her husband moved on to the final.
In a post-eviction interview with Naija FM in Lagos, Kassia stated that while she believes her management’s decision was the best, her family is not pleased with the preference for her husband.
When asked about her feelings regarding her management prioritizing Kellyrae’s continuation on the show, Kassia responded, “I think it’s the best decision, even though my family isn’t happy about it, but I’m okay with it.”
Kassia and Kellyrae were in a relationship for ten years before tying the knot eight months ago.
