Ballon d’Or: Barcelona defender Cubarsi names top 3 candidates to win

 Barcelona defender Pau Cubarsí has identified the top three contenders for the upcoming Ballon d'Or.

Curbasi has highlighted Manchester City's Rodri and Real Madrid's Vinicius Junior and Dani Carvajal as his picks. 

“I believe the Ballon d'Or will come down to Rodri, Carvajal, and Vinicius,” Curbasi stated, according to Yahoo. “I’d like to see Rodri take the award.”

Vinícius Jr. continues to be the bookmakers’ favorite for the honor.

The winner will be revealed at a gala event on October 28.
