Oladips calls out Wizkid for ‘stealing’ his lyrics

 Nigerian rapper Oladips has accused Grammy-winning singer Wizkid of stealing his intellectual property. Oladips claims that Wizkid sampled lyrics from his song "Ajala Travel Remix" in his recent collaboration with Asake, titled "MMS."

The rapper shared screenshots comparing the lyrics of both songs on his Instagram account. When a fan suggested that sampling is "normal," Oladips responded, stating that it's acceptable only when it's authorized.

He wrote, "It’s normal if you acknowledge the source! But it’s not okay when they act like they don’t know you, yet secretly use your lyrics."

Wizkid has yet to respond to the allegations.
