According to TMZ, the lawsuit claims that Brown orchestrated the assault of four men backstage during his tour stop on July 20. Plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell allege they were invited backstage along with 40 women for a post-concert gathering, but instead were assaulted.
Bush stated that he approached Brown to congratulate him and was attacked by Brown’s men after mentioning a previous dispute. He described being surrounded by 7-10 individuals who punched and kicked him, with one throwing a chair at his head.
The lawsuit further alleges that Brown instructed Yella Beezy and others to assault Parker, chasing him into a dead-end staircase where he was punched and kicked for over 10 minutes. The plaintiffs claim severe injuries requiring medical treatment, with one still hospitalized.
Their attorney, Tony Buzbee, has vowed to pursue justice against Brown. Alongside seeking $50 million in damages, the plaintiffs have requested restraining orders against Chris Brown, Yella Beezy, and Sinko Ceej.
Chris Brown and his team have not yet responded to the allegations. Brown has previously faced legal issues, notably pleading guilty to assaulting Rihanna in a criminal case.
