The Afrobeats star explained that she engaged in this hygienic ritual to ensure a positive impression.
She revealed this during a recent interview with BET.
Tiwa Savage shared, “On the first day of filming, I had a kissing scene. It was fortunate that it happened on my first day because I dove right in. I remember in my dressing room, I brushed my teeth five or six times because I wanted to make a good impression. However, my co-star was very kind. In fact, the entire cast was incredibly supportive.”
In the movie, Savage portrayed the lead character Aisha, while Andrew Bunting, who played Kay in the film, shared kissing scenes with her.
