Reality TV star and disc jockey, Tolani Shobajo, also known as DJ Tolani Baj from the Big Brother Naija Reality Show, has suggested that her controversial statement about men refraining from dancing in clubs may have influenced the creation of British rapper J Hus' track, 'Who Told You Bad Man Don’t Dance', featuring Canadian rapper Drake. She made this assertion during a recent interview with Clout Radio.
TBaj clarified her stance by expressing that men are indeed capable of dancing but emphasized the importance of doing so with respect. She recalled her tweet from years ago, stating, "I am a DJ, people can dance. Everybody can dance. You guys are still owing me from the tweet [that men shouldn’t dance in clubs]."
In her interview, she playfully hinted at her potential influence on J Hus' song, suggesting, "I even inspired J Hus’ song, ‘Who Told You Bad Man Don’t Dance.’ TBaj told y’all."
She further elaborated on her viewpoint, emphasizing that while men are free to dance, they should do so in a manner that is considerate and respectful, especially when in the company of a significant other.
