Their praise comes in the aftermath of their recent disagreement on social media.
Recalling the incident, HENRYSHUSTLE noted that Wizkid indirectly criticized Don Jazzy after his artist Ladipoe appeared to mock him in a post on X about the statement 'hip hop is dead'.
Upon being informed by a fan about the post, Wizkid responded by saying, "Lol, never engaging with anyone signed to an influencer. Next."
He also retweeted two tweets that hinted he was referring to Don Jazzy, the head of Mavin Records, as an influencer.
In reaction, Don Jazzy unfollowed Wizkid on Instagram.
However, it seems the two have resolved their differences, as Don Jazzy recently expressed gratitude to Wizkid for endorsing his artist Ayra Starr's second album, 'The Year I Turned 21.'
On Thursday, Wizkid took to his X handle to commend Don Jazzy, describing him as an "exceptional individual."
He wrote, "Don jazzy! amazing human! [Love and eagle emojis]."
