Wizkid, Davido fight: Timaya slams aide for unauthorized post

Nigerian artist Inetimi Alfred Timaya Odon, widely known as Timaya, has criticized his social media handler, Bolaji Fadipe, for dragging him into the social media dispute between Davido and Wizkid.

Expressing his discontent, Timaya stated that despite multiple warnings, Bolaji persisted in involving him in unrelated issues.

He wrote: “BOLAJI FADIPE, YOU'RE RECKLESS FOR USING MY ACCOUNT TO TWEET. I've cautioned you several times, but you've ignored me. Just because you work with my team and have access doesn't mean you should drag me into other people's affairs. Enjoy the attention you're seeking, but don't hide behind me. Fool.”

Recalling recent events, tensions between Nigerian music stars Wizkid and Davido escalated, leading to a heated exchange on social media.

The conflict began when Wizkid posted a video on Monday, seemingly mocking the 30BG boss.

This sparked reactions from fans of both artists, as well as involvement from other singers like Kizz Daniel and Tekno, who engaged in arguments.

On Monday evening, Davido took to the X platform to subtly criticize Wizkid, suggesting that his songs are no longer relevant.
