Music producer Napji has publicly called out Davido, alleging that he has not received royalties for his work.
According to Napji, he produced three songs on Davido's 2020 album, 'A Better Time,' namely 'Fem,' 'Jowo,' and 'Sunlight,' but has not been compensated for his contributions.
Napji has vowed to share further details as he pursues the collection of his royalties. Taking to his X handle on Tuesday, Napji stated, "I am Napji, the producer behind Fem, Jowo, and Sunlight on @davido's album 'A Better Time,' which was released on November 13, 2020. I received an advance payment of 500 thousand naira for each of the songs. I will provide more information as I work towards collecting my royalties and publishing."
As of now, Davido has not responded to these allegations.
