E-Money promises to raise Junior Pope’s children

Entrepreneur and socialite Emeka Okonkwo, known as E-Money, has pledged to support the children of the deceased Nollywood actor, Junior Pope.

It's remembered that Junior Pope, along with three others, tragically lost their lives in a boating accident on the Anam River in Anambra State while returning from a film shoot.

In his tribute to the late actor, E-Money shared that Junior Pope's final sentiments were regarding his determination to provide for his three sons.

He vowed to fulfill the late actor's desire by assuming responsibility for his children.

On his Instagram page, he expressed: "It has been a week since you departed from this world, leaving behind a profound sense of loss that resonates not only among us but also across Africa and beyond.

"Your presence, both as a friend and a brother, is deeply missed, JP. The absence of your presence weighs heavily on our hearts, yet we find solace in the belief that God will grant us the strength to move forward and uphold the legacy you entrusted to us.

"We fondly recall your last words on the boat, 'It's only me they've given birth to, I have 3 children, I'll raise them,' and we solemnly pledge to honor that promise.

"Your children now find comfort in the embrace of the Okonkwo family, and we, as members of that family, commit to nurturing them as you would have wished. Your absence creates a tangible void, JP, and your memory will always be cherished. Rest peacefully, knowing that you are deeply loved, and may God's blessings encompass your soul, your family, and all who hold you dear."
